Celine is a recognized driver of positive change with 20 years of experience in international environment. Former Head of Cargo Transformation at IATA and Transition Director of TIACA, Céline is the founder of Change Horizon, a management consulting company which supports aviation and logistics organizations with their sustainable corporate strategies, development, and transformation projects.  

Celine and her team of consultants have a unique expertise in sustainability & innovation matters affecting the air cargo industry. Celine is a strategic advisor to many air cargo executives and CEOs on emerging trends becoming board-level conversations such as sustainability, cybersecurity, diversity & inclusion.  

Passionate about learning & development, Celine is the co-founder of the IATA Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) program to attract, develop and retain the young talents in the air cargo industry in 2013 and the Women in Aviation & Logistics (WAL) initiative to improve the gender balance within the industry in 2021. 

Air Cargo Tech Summit 2023 will provide two days of discussions, panel conversations and networking events with experts in the airfreight industry. Some topics to be addressed include digital booking, innovations in ground handling and warehousing, digital records, drones and more.
