For 20 years Sebastien assumed different Senior Leadership roles in Quality, Supply Chain and General Management in various large automotive suppliers’ groups. He also worked as Senior Operations Manager at Amazon France where he contributed to its transformation by deploying new working methods based on Lean Manufacturing and Standard Work implementation. Before joining WFS he was Vice President Global Operations in a private equity owned company where he successfully led the Operations, supported business restructuring and led the transformation program. 

Sebastien has a master’s degree of engineering in Electronics from the National Conservatoire of “Arts et Métiers” of Paris and he’s certified by the Association for Supply Chain Management.
